Demi's Mom's Delicious and Healthy Recipe-Honey Dijon Salmon

Looking for a healthy dinner to make for your family and/or friends? Here's a good one that is tried and true by my family:

1/4 cup honey                                     1/8 tsp. white pepper
2T Dijon mustard                           1 lb. asparagus spears
1 1/2 T melted butter                     4 (12x16-inch sheets of foil)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce             4 (4-6oz) salmon steaks
1 T cornstarch                                1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 450 degrees or heat grill to medium high. Blend in bowl- mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch and pepper. Set aside. Center 1/4 of asparagus on each sheet of foil. Top asparagus with salmon steak then drizzle with honey-mustard sauce. Sprinkle evenly each steak with walnuts. Bring foil sides up. Double fold top and ends evenly and leave room for heat to circulate. Repeat to make 4 packets. Bake for 23 minutes on cookie sheet or 9-11 minutes on grill.
