How to Book Your Ride

Step One: Purchase a Package

Before you can book a bike for a class, you need to purchase a package. Log in to your account, then navigate to the "Packages" page on our website. Choose the package that suits your preferences and budget, and proceed to the payment process.

Step Two: Book the Bike

Once you have purchased a ride or package, make sure you are logged in to your account. Head to the “Book the Bike" page. Select the date and time of the class you wish to attend. Choose an available bike from the list, and confirm your booking.

Our Classes

We offer a diverse range of class options to cater to your unique fitness needs and preferences. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, we have a class that’s perfect for you! From high-energy, beat-driven rides to low-impact, endurance-based sessions, our experienced instructors will guide you through every pedal stroke.

  • We do fun. We do loud. We cheer, sweat and show love to our bodies for 45 minutes. Get ready to ride to the beat and keep up with your Rock Star Instructor.

  • If you haven't tried a Blackout Ride yet, what are you waiting for? Think these rides are easy? Think again. We love our Beatboards (where you see your stats in class), but for these specific rides, the Beatboards are turned off. No worries, you will still get your stats! Our Blackout Rides allow 45 minutes to shut our minds down and focus on being present. Allow yourself to step away from the numbers and to connect with your ride in a completely different way.

  • Are you ready for a completely different experience? Get ready to set a personal record! We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and ride like a badass. Every ride is different in that we may focus numbers; resistance; breathing; and/or speed for 45 minutes. Trust us, you will leave drenched.

  • Our one hour ride is broken down in three sections of riding and using weights. Much like our signature ride, you will have 15 extra minutes to get on your sweat.

  • This is a creative class of 30 minutes of riding hard and 15 minutes of arms and abs. We incorporate towels, bands, body weight and weights. Be sure to bring a yoga mat to this ride!

  • Get ready for the sweatiest ride on our schedule! We slow it down and heat it up for a 45-minute class that will let you detox and clear your mind. We crank the heat (we are talking around 80-85 degrees, people). So, be prepared for a detox frenzy! Lights will be low and our Beat Boards will be off (but you will still get your stats). T-shirts optional, sports bras encouraged, spare water bottle required. Trust us. The sweat will become addicting. We think it will be a great way to end your day!

  • Every month, we come up with different themes with different instructors. Look at our schedule to see if one suits your fancy.

The Workout

Our workouts are high-energy, face-paced, and designed to get you in shape and boost your mood. Our classes combine intense cardio with strength training to target different muscle groups, giving you a full-body workout. You will be riding to energetic music, with dynamic and engaging instructors who will motivate you to push your limits. You will burn calories, increase your endurance, and feel a sense of accomplishment as you pedal your way to a healthier you. Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled, sweat-dripping, and heart-pumping experience!

The Beat Boards

We have installed a state-of-the-art system designed to provide you with accurate and real-time data during your ride. Our Beat Boards use sensors and advanced algorithms to track key metrics such as speed, cadence, power output, and calories burned. You will then be emailed your data allowing you to monitor your progress and adjust your intensity levels accordingly.

With our technology, you can set goals, track your progress, and compete with others in real-time (Only Bike numbers are displayed). You can see how hard you are working and how many calories you have burned after your ride which will help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals.

The Data

Cycle614 captures your performance metrics and we post it in your private account.  It’s real time data.  As soon as class is over, you can log on and see your stats - like how fast and how strong you rode. You can see how this compares to your previous rides and how you rank against other riders.  You can see metrics for RPM’s, Torq, Speed, Power, Distance and even calories burned.  This allows you to set your own goals and measure your performance over time.
