I want to challenge you this week in your ride. All of our ROCKSTAR instructors work their booties off planning your rides. We spend a ridiculous about of time on curating the perfect playlists and keeping your rides fresh. Your challenge is to "up your ride" this week. Here are 10 ideas:

1. Grab heavier weights. If you normally grab the 2 lb. weights, grab the 3's. If you normally grab the 3's, grab the 5's (and the 3's in case you need to switch during your ride);

2. Turn it up! Turn up your resistance higher than you did your last ride. "Test your 100%" at the beginning of each ride to see if you have graduated in your turns of resistance. Challenge yourself!

3. Make it a goal to have the highest energy you have ever had!

4. Make it a goal to place top 10 in the class!

5. Use the Beat Board to "beat" the person in front of you! It will make you push harder than ever!

6. Set a goal to have the highest RPM's during sprints! Make it you against you!

7. Work harder than you ever had during the 3 minutes of PTP. It will make a difference for the rest of your ride!

8. Squeeze your abs and your tush when you are doing touch backs;

9. Turn up the resistance one more time before doing touch backs!

10. Turn up your resistance higher than you normally would while doing push-ups and using weights.
