At Cycle614, we take pride in being locally-owned and operated. Our instructors have the freedom to develop their own one-of-a-kind rides. No corporate office setting "cookie-cutter" guidelines that strip the fun and creativity out of a class. And our studio? Yup. That's one-of-a-kind, too. Your lifestyle is one-of-a-kind and your workout should be too.

New Rider Info

    1. Create your account. Click Login on the menu navigation. Choose create account.

    2. You must put ride packages in your account before you can sign up for class. Remember, your first two weeks of unlimited rides is only $25. Go to the "Packages" page to find that promotion. You will also find all our ride packages there.

    3. Go to the "Book the Bike" page to find our schedule. Click on the class you want. A map of the bike room will come up. Click on the bike you want and you are set.

New riders, please arrive 15-20 minutes before class. It's important to ensure that you are safely set up. We can't guarantee you a seat if you are not at least 10 minutes early.

Once class begins, it isn't safe to set you up. So, you will not be able to attend that class (even if you are a seasoned rider at another studio). We believe in safety first and foremost. If you are late, please call us or check-in at the front desk and we will try to get you into the next ride.

Note: If you plan to go to our classes regularly, you may want to invest in a pair of cycling shoes. When you are able to clip-in, you can transfer more energy into your stroke. We do not rent shoes as we believe you should have your own personal fit. If you need suggestions on where to buy, just ask us.

For safety reasons, you must be 12 years old and at least be 4'11" tall to ride.

  • Hydration: Make sure you are hydrated. Drink a bottle of water before your ride, during your ride and after your ride.

Pre-ride Fuel: When you workout, make sure you eat foods that maximize your workout. Fuel up with egg whites; yogurt and fruit; sweet potatoes; and/or almonds. Every body is different and every body is different at different times of the month. Listen to your body.

Be sure to pack all of the things you will need for class.

    • Water

    • Snacks

    • Comfortable clothes (tank/shirt; shorts or pants) - just make sure that they aren't too loose. We don't want them getting stuck in the flywheel!

    • Tennis Shoes or Cycling Shoes. Please, no sandals or open toed shoes)

    • No sweat towel needed, as we provide fresh clean towels on every bike.

    AMENITIES

We have showers with all the amenities. We have lockers for you to keep your things. Feel free to bring in a lock, but there is always someone at the front desk.

Please leave ALL CELL PHONES IN LOCKERS. If you are expecting an important call, feel free to leave your phone with Guest Services and ask us to come get you. We also provide all sweat towels and bath towels.

  • We are so GRATEFUL we have a parking lot in the awesome spot where we are located. However, we too, sometimes get anxiety when we are going to a new place and the lot is full and we aren't sure where to park. Luckily, we there is overflow parking in the following places:

PARK HERE IF OUR LOT IS FULL:

    • Chesapeake Ave (just north of us). West on Chesapeake gives you access to the Kroger parking lot.

    • Northwest Blvd (West side of the street in the evenings, East side of the street in the mornings. Either side on weekends)

    • Donato's in the morning (must be out of lot by 11:00 a.m.)

    DO NOT PARK HERE:

    • Directly behind our building (these spaces are reserved)

    • Nong's Parking (when orange cones are out)

    • Firestone

    • Behind the apartment complex next door (with the rocky lot)

    • Renali Painting (off the alley)

    • Studio Elements (across the street)

  • First, check-in with the front desk. We need for you to always check-in with us to ensure that you are on the right bike and you get your stats.

Your locker number will always match your bike number.

If you need help getting set up on your bike or just a reminder to ensure that you are doing it right, please do not hesitate to ask your instructor. If your instructor is assisting another rider, feel free to talk to Guest Services at the front desk.

  • I loved it.
