Lilly fell in love with indoor cycling during college, became an instructor and never turned back. You can expect BIG ENERGY, heart-pounding sprints, strong hill climbs and lots of choreography. You will leave her class feeling strong, confident, and ready to come back for more!

About My Ride

I’m a dancer off the podium and on the podium. So, I try to fuse that musicality and movement together for an inspirational class full of energy, speed, choreography and musicality. If you’re looking for a ride to just let go and not think of anything else but yourself breaking your own records, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s have fun dancing together!
